The Macadamia belt dryer developed by Kinder Drying has changed the original design again and added a new design scheme to achieve a good drying effect.
I. Equipment Overview
This time our company designed the entire production line for the company, from weighing the material in the silo to drying and packing after ^, a total of 15 steps. Among them, two working components are used for material drying twice. Each working group is composed of 15 drying boxes. The capacity of a single device is 15 tons. Each drying box is equipped with a heat exchanger and a blower. The overall inlet air temperature of the drying group is 40 ° C, and the temperature is automatically controlled by the valve group.

◎ The air volume, heating temperature, material retention time and feeding speed can be adjusted to achieve good drying effect.
◎ Flexible equipment configuration, can use mesh belt washing system and material cooling system.
◎ Most of the air is recycled, saving energy.
◎ The unique air distribution device makes the hot air distribution more uniform and ensures the consistency of product quality.
◎ The heat source can be matched with steam, thermal oil, electricity or coal (oil) hot air stove.
Engineering Principle
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and is dragged by the transmission device to move in the dryer. The dryer is composed of several units. Each unit circulates hot air independently. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special dehumidification fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The process of mass transfer takes away material moisture. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the running speed can be freely adjusted according to the temperature of the material. The dried product continuously falls into the receiver. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.
