The investment of 95 million US dollars to set up the plant is focused on petroleum additives and polyurethane, which can produce 50,000 tons of polyurethane rubber, aviation lubricants and other products.
I. Project Overview
The large-scale oven for oil barrel drying ordered by Nantong Branch in our company this time is composed of the oven main body, hot air circulation system, steam heat exchange system, exhaust system, control system, etc., and 32 oil can be placed at a time. The barrel is dried, and the operating temperature of the equipment can be adjusted between 70-120 ° C according to the production needs, and the temperature accuracy is ± 2 ° C. Due to the particularity of the materials, in consideration of the need to use a forklift to put the materials into the oven, our company has a liquid pan at the bottom of the box to prevent leakage of the barrel and ensure the normal driving of the forklift. In terms of safety, the box is equipped with an internal safety door to prevent the operator from being trapped inside the box due to misoperation.
Engineering Principles
Using steam and electricity as a heat source, heating by a heater, a large amount of hot air is circulated in the box, and is continuously replenished from the air inlet into the box, and then continuously discharged from the moisture exhaust port. Material moisture gradually decreases.
Project features
1. Most of the hot air circulates in the box, with high thermal efficiency and energy saving. With the use of forced ventilation, the box is equipped with an adjustable air distribution plate to dry the material evenly. The heat source can be steam, hot water, electricity, and far infrared, with a wide choice.
2. The machine has low noise and stable operation. Temperature self-control, convenient installation and maintenance.
3. According to production requirements, the materials solidified in the barrel at room temperature are melted by hot air heating (the melting points of the two materials are 70 ° C and 120 ° C respectively), and the heating is performed by indirect heat exchange with steam.
4. An exhaust fan is installed on the top of the oven, and a small amount of air is drawn during normal heating to maintain the negative pressure in the oven. Before taking out the workpiece, a large amount of air is drawn to reduce the temperature in the box, which is convenient for the operator to enter the work.
